Where to see what we’re building

1. Local demo (fastest): run pnpm demo:ems-discharge then open http://127.0.0.1:4178
2. GitHub pull requests (screenshots + description):
   • PR #1 — Uber-simple nurse flow
   • PR #2 — Cognito + Postgres foundation
3. This Cursor agent run — chat updates, commits, and PR links appear in the Cloud Agent / conversation UI.
4. Account entry: /login (demo role picker now; Cognito Hosted UI when you add AWS env vars)

There is no public production URL yet — by design. Everything stays in development until you approve a real pilot.
